Policy Details:
RETURNS: In the event of an error, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer must provide Seller with a Tracking Number. Once the returned item is received by us, refund is issued within 3 business days to original method of payment, less any processing fee. Sorry, we can't refund original shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Up to a 20% Restocking Fee MAY Apply for any returns accepted under certain conditions and Buyer must provide photos and will pay return shipping costs before any refund is issued and; those with undeliverable address returned to sender. No replacements.
Please contact me within 24 hours if you have any concerns with your order. Allow 24 hours for a response.
Payment
Payment can be made via Paypal. You can use your Credit Card through Paypal without setting up a Paypal account. I will only start with your order once payment has been received.
If you have already paid for your order and I have already started making it, then I would not be able to cancel it. I will always try to accommodate special circumstances
