All of my shops are online only. This is a small woman-owned business and and am enjoying creating and working remotely after commuting for many years.

What is your Shipping Policy?
SHIPPING:
Processing and handling time for Most items will ship in 2-6 business days (usually sooner) of *cleared* payment.
Purchases will be sent via the most economical method through USPS with tracking or by UPS based upon total weight of purchase of items price only. Priority Shipping Upgrade available at an upcharge. Contact me for price quote.
Multiple items in one order must be sent to one address only.
Items are packaged as carefully as I would like to receive them. All due care will be taken to package this item securely for shipping. While fancy packaging is nice, I prefer to use protective packaging to avoid damage and because I want to save you these unnecessary costs. I strive to give you great Customer Satisfaction!
Shipping to confirmed addresses only. No Shipping to APO's.
All shipping via USPS or via UPS if more economical.
Seller will not be held responsible for any lost packages or damage incurred once item leaves the shop and ships. Seller will not be responsible once USPS or UPS confirms their arrival or delivery.
We have no control over the length of time it takes the Post Office or UPS to deliver mail once the item is placed in their hands and a tracking number is sent to you. No Refunds for delayed items.

What is your Return Policy?
RETURNS: We accept returns for any reason. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of item delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer must provide Seller with a Tracking Number. Once the returned item is received by us, refund is issued within 3 business days to original method of payment, less any processing fee. Sorry, we can't refund original shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Up to a 20% Restocking Fee MAY Apply for any returns accepted under certain conditions and Buyer must provide photos and will pay return shipping costs before any refund is issued and; those with undeliverable address returned to sender. No replacements.
