SHIPPING:
Processing time for Most items will ship in 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted, of *cleared* payment.
An effort will be made to contact you if I receive an item back as a return to sender (RTS). I will hold onto RTS items for 45 days after contacting you, and then the item will be donated.
Due to an increase in demand for online shopping because of Covid19 virus, the shipping carriers are reporting a delay in some processing of items and staffing issues.
While every effort is being made to get your order to you as quickly as possible, due to the current situation, there may be some delays on US shipments. We’ll be sending you tracking information so you can confidently track your order. Thanks for your understanding.
Items are packaged as carefully as I would like to receive them. All due care will be taken to package this item securely for shipping. While fancy packaging is nice, I prefer to use protective packaging to avoid damage and because I want to save you these unnecessary costs. I strive to give you great Customer Satisfaction!

If you do not receive the package and USPS confirms that the package has been delivered to the address provided, you will need to take the matter up with your post office. Check with your family member, neighbor or anyone else that may be taking in your mail, or tampering with your package deliveries.
Seller will not be held responsible for any lost packages or damage incurred once item leaves the shop and ships. Seller will not be responsible for items that have not been received when USPS confirms their arrival or delivery.
We have no control over the length of time it takes the Post Office to deliver mail once the item is placed in their hands and a tracking number is sent to you. No Refunds for delayed items. For items returned by USPS for Undeliverable As Addressed, shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.
